This site contains HTML versions of the food lists for blood types A, B, AB and O that appear in Dr. Peter J. D’Adamo’s book, Eat Right 4 Your Type, published in 1996.

Click the links at the top of each page (or to the left on this page) to go to the blood type and page you want. There are five pages for each of the four food lists.

Questions concerning the actual diet should be addressed to Dr. D’Adamo or Dr. Eliezer Ben-Joseph or to your appropriate Health care Practioner.

NOTE: These lists are provided simply as a reference for people who already have Dr. D’Adamo’s book and are not intended as a substitute for it. An understanding of why the beneficial foods are beneficial and the harmful foods are harmful is essential to an intelligent use of the lists, and this understanding can be acquired only through reading the book. The book is also required for other important data, such as useful portion sizes, etc.

It is important to realize, too, that neither these lists nor Dr. D’Adamo’s book itself should be considered a substitute for professional medical care.
